Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Tommy & Spartan platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users and accounts.

1. Permitted Use

The Service is designed for legitimate business marketing purposes, including:

• Marketing strategy development and planning
• Content creation for blogs, social media, email, and web
• Competitive intelligence and market analysis
• Campaign management and orchestration
• Analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
• Brand development and positioning
• SEO research and optimisation

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or deceptive content
• Create misleading, false, or fraudulent marketing claims
• Produce content that promotes hatred, violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Generate illegal content or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Engage in competitor sabotage, including generating false reviews or defamatory content about competitors
• Impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent
• Create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Circumvent rate limits, action limits, or other usage restrictions
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorised access
• Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Content Standards

All content created using the Service must:

• Comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Be truthful and not misleading to consumers
• Clearly identify sponsored content, advertisements, and paid partnerships where required by law
• Respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights
• Be reviewed by a human before publication or distribution

4. AI-Specific Guidelines

When using AI-generated outputs from the Service:

• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance before use
• Do not use AI-generated outputs to impersonate real people or create deepfake content
• Do not publish AI-generated content as human-written where disclosure is required by law or platform policy
• Do not use the Service to automate posting to social media platforms without human review of each piece of content
• Disclose AI involvement in content creation where required by applicable regulations

5. Resource Usage

Fair use of platform resources ensures a quality experience for all users. You must not:

• Programmatically generate excessive actions to exhaust system resources
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform beyond the provided API
• Attempt to bypass action limits through multiple accounts
• Consume resources disproportionate to legitimate marketing use

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP are addressed through a graduated enforcement process:

1. Warning: First violation results in a written warning with details of the breach and required corrective action.
2. Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension (typically 7–30 days).
3. Termination: Severe or persistent violations will result in permanent account termination. No refund is issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.

We reserve the right to skip stages in cases of severe violations that pose immediate risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@tommycmo.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
